Dekalb's Illinois Josh Sipes has officially committed to the 15th Annual King of Compacts at Mansfield Speedway on September 4th and 5th. The event pays $10,000 to win, $1,000 for 10th, and $500 to start the A Main.

Fri July 24th race update: after a month off racing, Derek Swanson hit the track like he hasn't missed a beat. Get out your brooms because he swept the night. 🧹 Fastest qualifier, won the heat and feature. He started at the back in 9th both times and drove it up to first, couldn't have asked anything more out of the car, they were well deserved wins. Videos to be posted soon.
