Customer had a company come in and not finish this full encapsulation so we came in and finished about 30ft of foam board on the walls and wrapped all the piers and ground with a white 12 mil poly and sealed everything with a white waterproof tape leaving the crawlspace DONE RIGHT!

Huge clean out with fungal growth treated. We installed 3 CMU piers to eliminate cracking at the interior doorways. Installed a beautiful new black v***r barrier to keep moisture down and inside the wanted a HVAC vent eliminated from their bathroom wall and moved to the floor. This is what we call a job DONE RIGHT!

Removed insulation,fungal growth remediation & prevention,installed new R19 faced insulation with a beautiful new black v***r barrier. We also replaced a pole jack with a new cmu pier and footer and lowered the main girder by reshimming 4 other piers to fix the hump in the kitchen floor!
