Marshall Lofts, located in the historic West 9th Street-Baltimore Avenue District. This building has a rich history that dates back to 1881, and we have meticulously revived it to secure historical credits. The revitalized structure now features a four-level mixed-use design, comprising nine residential units and two floors of office space. We are proud to help keep this piece of history alive!
