In typical fashion, we forgot to take before photos….and final photos. At best we are below average about posting our work on here. That being said…..We would like to thank the Candelario’s for choosing us for their project.
We tore out original carpet (living room, bedrooms, and formal dining room), entry way tile, and linoleum (kitchen and Laundry). We installed just under 1400 sqft of 9/16th Inch thick engineered hardwoods.
Entire main level subfloor was screwed down. We moved furniture as we worked. We worked strategically with furniture movement and the areas we finished to limit day to day inconveinences and the negative impact on the homeowners during the project. Each flooring plank was glued and stapled down. All in all we put about 4500 staples in this floor.
Most importantly, the customer is happy. So we’re happy.
