2025 is in the books. It was a fantastic year!

Thanks everyone for all the support 👏

2025 has come and gone. It had its ups and downs like most years. It’s never perfect and we weren’t either.

But very proud of what we accomplished and very proud of all of our team.

Thanks so much to all the clients, and partners who continue to do business with us. We absolutely could not do this without our partnerships!

We work hard to make it a good experience on both sides. We make a lot of mistakes but we are always working to make it right and not make those mistakes again.

Truly thank you everyone for everything. We want to do a lot more in 2026. Looking forward to it. Onward and upward. Happy New Year 🎉

Compass Constructors, a leading name in the construction industry, is proud to announce the successful award of a $4.6 M construction contract for the renovation of the New Century hangar doors with Army Reserve’s 88th Readiness Division through the US Army Corps of Engineers. This significant project marks another milestone in Compass Constructors' commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable building solutions in support of the US Military and Federal Government.
The contract involves replacement of the mechanisms for the Aviation Hangar constructed in the 1940’s for continued use for the modern warfighter. Specifically, this hangar is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This historic renovation will see Compass Constructors collaborate closely with the US Army Corps of Engineers, the 88th Readiness Division and other key stakeholders to bring this vision to life, employing modern upgrades and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
“We are thrilled to embark on this exciting historic renovation project with the maintenance and operations troops of the 7th Battalion, 158th Aviation Regiment,” said Andrew Christ, Chief Operating Officer at Compass Constructors. “This project not only underscores our reputation for excellence but also demonstrates our capacity to handle large-scale and complex builds as well as large scale facilities maintenance projects. We are committed to delivering results that exceed expectations in time and quality, while prioritizing sustainability and innovation every step of the way.”
The project is expected to be completed by June, 2025 with work having commenced in October, 2024. As with all Compass Constructors projects, the company will adhere to the strictest standards of safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.

Honored to play a role in expanding space capabilities at Grand Forks Air Force Base! 🚀

We're proud to have been part of the team that constructed the Operations Center North, supporting the Space Development Agency's vital satellite mission. This project represents a significant step forward for national security and technological advancement, and we're excited to see the impact it will have in the years to come.

".S. Senator John Hoeven announced that he is working to expand the Space Development Agency (SDA) satellite mission at the Grand Forks Air Force Base. Hoeven made the announcement with SDA Director Dr. Derek Tournear while reviewing progress on the facilities being developed at the Grand Forks Air Force Base for the SDA’s low-Earth orbit (LEO) satellite mission, which will serve as the backbone for all U.S. military communications."
