Compass Constructors, a leading name in the construction industry, is proud to announce the successful award of a $4.6 M construction contract for the renovation of the New Century hangar doors with Army Reserve’s 88th Readiness Division through the US Army Corps of Engineers. This significant project marks another milestone in Compass Constructors' commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable building solutions in support of the US Military and Federal Government.
The contract involves replacement of the mechanisms for the Aviation Hangar constructed in the 1940’s for continued use for the modern warfighter. Specifically, this hangar is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This historic renovation will see Compass Constructors collaborate closely with the US Army Corps of Engineers, the 88th Readiness Division and other key stakeholders to bring this vision to life, employing modern upgrades and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

The project is expected to be completed by June, 2025 with work having commenced in October, 2024. As with all Compass Constructors projects, the company will adhere to the strictest standards of safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
