If you’re new to dip tanks: you don’t make “one waste.” You make a few different leftovers (spent bath, rinse water, sludge, wipes, empty drums, etc.).
When you dump it all together, you get Dumpster Stew — and that’s how disposal gets expensive and messy.

Run this 8‐step setup once:
✅ waste map
✅ one stream = one container
✅ drip zone
✅ liquids vs solids
✅ waste corner

Re-dips don’t just cost labor... they blow up your whole board.

This is the goal:
controlled cycle → predictable rinse effort → fewer parts coming back.

If you want drums (or smaller quantities) and you’re a licensed business give us a call at 816-523-7466.

If you’re stripping powder coat with methylene chloride, this is your bare-minimum checklist.

Not blasting. Not hot tank.
Methylene chloride.
Outside. Lid closed. No leaning. No solo work.
If you can’t check every box-don't open it.

If your crew has to ‘fight’ every wheel... you don’t have a stripping process. You’ve got a labor program.

When the bath is right + racking is right, it turns into:
dip → release → rinse → done

B2B only • W-9 required • Follow SDS.

Re-dips aren’t “just annoying.” They steal your schedule.

If parts keep going back in the tank, it’s usually not the chemical—it’s the process drifting:
✅ no set strip time
✅ temp wandering
✅ parts packed too tight
✅ bath getting dirty
✅ rinse getting lazy

If you’re evaluating a dip‐tank st****er built around predictable strip windows, Bare Metal St****er is B2B only (licensed businesses only) and W‐9 required before shipment.

Safety note: coating removal is hazardous. Use ventilation/exposure controls and PPE per your SDS/EHS program. Trained staff only.

Hot take: speed isn’t the main benefit. It’s knowing what’s going to happen before you drop the rim.

When strip time stays consistent, everything downstream stays on schedule.
