As part of new federal regulations, all business owners are required to submit a Business Owners Information Report (BOIR). This report collects important information about your business, such as its ownership structure and contact details, to help increase transparency and ensure your business remains in good standing with federal requirements. Deadline is to have this completed by Jan. 1, 2025. If you do not complete this they are going to charge a penalty of $500.00 a DAY caping at 10K. Posting on our series of 5 reasons we support union workers. Though I am sure we could list so many more!

Most unions have an apprenticeship program that is equivalent to about the same time as completing a bachelor's degree.

In order to become an apprentice, one must complete an application and an in- person interview with a committee.

Each year there is a limited number of applicants accepted.

The Mechanical Insulation Union came about in 1904 as a result of a boom in the steam engine industry.
