Tyler is cutting 12ft pieces of brass tubing that he will spin over the edge and then cut threads on the other end. These will then become Multi Dose Syringes for livestock.

Turns out the noob is better at spinning than using a broom. Tyler came to work for us after graduating. He is a hard worker and has been a quick learner. Here is is spinning cup holders for airplanes. He does give us plenty of new guy antics to discuss, but he does dish out as well as he receives.
