The open house took place over a single day, but the preparation behind it took much longer. In the weeks leading up to the event, our team completed office renovations, laid new turf, built out the service demo stations, prepared guest bags, and handled the barbecue, along with much more behind the scenes. That meant some late nights at the office, and our team members (and their families) stepped in wherever they were needed.

Thank you to everyone across the JR&CO family who stayed late, came in early, and helped make the open house a success. We’re grateful for a team that shows up for each other.

The Dial has been recognized as a finalist for 2026 Construction Keystone Awards, presented by AGC of Missouri!

The renovation of the AT&T Dial Building preserves an important historic landmark while giving it new purpose. PARIC transformed the existing 15-story structure into 263 apartments with modern amenities and co-working spaces.

Tomorrow’s the day! Our 40th Anniversary Open House kicks off Thursday, October 29, from 10 AM to 5 PM at our Kansas City headquarters. Watch our team in action at live demo stations for all of our services. There will be food, drinks, and live music too. We can’t wait to see you there!

We recently completed the Harbor Towers project in Siesta Key, FL, where our Florida team installed approximately 50,000 square feet of a Johns Manville Wind Vent 60-mil TPO 115 FB roofing system. The completed roof gives this coastal property durable, long-term protection against high winds and Gulf Coast weather.

Zach Chrisman is a Senior Estimator at JR&CO, where he leads our architectural cladding estimating team. Zach joined JR&CO in 2022 and has served in various roles for us along the way, and that range shows in his work. With a strong background in design and project management, he brings more to an estimate than numbers. He understands how a project actually comes together, and it makes him an even better estimator.

Ask anyone who works with Zach and they’ll tell you he’s a Swiss Army knife and a great friend. He’s always willing to help in any way he can, detailed in everything he does, one of the steadiest people you’ll meet, and brings a good attitude every day. That combination makes him a great team member.

Outside of work, Zach spends his time with his wife and three children, staying involved in his church, and getting outdoors every chance he gets. He’s a jack-of-all-trades at home too, typically building something or taking care of things on his homestead. We’re grateful for everything Zach does for JR&CO.
