Now Hiring – Entry-Level Shop Foreman
HVAC & Plumbing Industry
We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Shop Foreman supporting our HVAC and plumbing operations. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in staying organized, maintaining equipment, and keeping crews supplied and job-ready.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Tool tracking, organization, and maintenance
• Receiving and stocking HVAC/plumbing materials
• Deliveries, pickups, and supplier returns
• Vehicle and fleet maintenance coordination
• Shop and yard upkeep
• Inventory and material stock management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Ability to lift and move materials and work in a shop/yard environment
Compensation & Benefits:
• Starting salary: $40,000–$45,000 per year
• Health and dental insurance
