Senior Project Managers are responsible for managing mechanical construction projects in the Greater KC Area.

Their responsibilities include: Management of project's field staff, subcontractor performance, vendor compliance, project coordination, scheduling, monitoring the project accounting and profitability while maintaining relationships with entire project team.

The qualifications needed to be considered for this position include:

Education: Bachelor's degree in construction related discipline, or 5-10 years of related field mechanical trade experience including mechanical trade training, or equivalent combination of education and mechanical trade experience. Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience: 3 years working as Mechanical Project Manager, directly overseeing mechanical construction work.

Other Requirements: Satisfactorily pass criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screening. Must possess a valid driver's license, as travel to job sites and office is required.
