Prof. and Mrs. Detamore (study abroad liaison for Engineering) visited these Grammy-winning and Rock-and-Roll Hall of Fame musicians this past Friday in Tulsa just before they set the Tulsa BOK Center's attendance record (>19,000). The band donated $10,000 that day to the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma via their All Within My Hands Foundation, which is also donating $1 million in grants to 10 community colleges nationwide in support of workforce education.
