This wiring issue causing a customer to have no cooling this evening was inside a house connected to a new AC unit installed by a big box company a couple of years ago. I'm sure they spend $500k to $1 million a year on local advertising to promote how great they are. If a company has been in business for 50 years plus and still needs to spend that much on advertising, it should tell you something because, in reality, word of mouth is always the best and costs nothing but doing quality work.
