I was called in for a second opinion on a furnace. A large private equity-owned company had previously warned the client that their motor was leaking oil and might fail soon, suggesting it would be better to replace the system now. While a small oil leak from motor seals can indeed lead to a breakdown, often can run for years before failure. This is a valid concern to mention to the customer, but it shouldn't be portrayed as an urgent crisis. During my inspection, I saw no signs of oil leaking. If something about the situation feels off, it’s always wise to seek a second opinion like she did.

Not often can I test a new Air Condioner at the start of January what a beautiful day! ☀️

If your old furnace or air conditioner is ready to be replaced between now and March is the best time to do so. Labor cost is based on demand and unless we get a winter vortex demand will be low.

Give us a call or any small, independent, reputable HVAC company that is not private equity owned, unless you want to support those billionaires on Wall Street. 😂

Newer home owners – think your furnace doesn’t need a tune-up? Think again.
Look at this brand-new system absolutely CHOKED with drywall dust from construction.
