Industrial Lumber Company builds custom pallets, crates, and skids for manufacturers across the Midwest. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people who take pride in quality work and want to be part of a growing team.
Position: Full-time Production Team Member
Location: Kansas City, KS
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (some overtime available)
Pay: $18–$22/hour depending on experience
Experience: No experience required — we’ll train the right person
What You’ll Do:
-Assemble custom wooden pallets and crates
-Use saws, nail guns, and measuring tools
-Work with a small team focused on quality and safety
