After nearly seven years, Matthew Saxe, who supervised the transition of Real-Tite Plugs into Sioux Chief will no longer be with company.
Matt started working at Real-Tite in March of 2020 just as the pandemic started its full swing & worked at home the first two weeks in quarantine of his tenure, but after that was coming into the office as being a crucial part of an essential industry.
As Daily Operations Manager, Private Label Sales Director, Social Media & Advertising Manager he created dozens of new customers for the brand, especially in our exclusive Private Label line as well as supervising, creating & managing all our print & digital advertising, email campaigns & social media. He was also key to our customer service experience, something that we put a premium on at Real-Tite Inc. Along with this, he often worked in our production & assembly line, countersinking plugs at the drill press, packaging plugs & hand delivering them to our valued local customers.
With the purchase of Real-Tite by SIOUX CHIEF, Matt was brought in to transition the company into its new ownership as the Divisional Sales Manager, notify customers of the new policies & oversaw the creation of the new RealTite Plugs EShop so that contractor customers can purchase their plugs online for the first time in the combined 40+ years of the company. He did all of this while continuing to create email & marketing campaigns as well as continuing to create more new customers. Matt’s outstanding history of work over the years is greatly appreciated.
