This client came to us in a difficult situation...

1. They got stuck not being able to build due to the price increases during COVID
2. Had plans already drawn but hated them
3. Already had the pad built for those plans

What did we do?

We were honest about the plans they had and knew that it was not what they were wanting and that it was not going to be functional for them. So we all just agreed to throw them out after trying to fix them. Thankfully they did not spend an outrageous amount of money on them.

6 long years later we signed the second cost of construction this month!!!! After the first one they wanted to wait a little longer.
