Here’s a little shop update from the crew! We’re staying busy getting some big projects moving along. 💪

This 60-gallon offset smoker is really starting to take shape! 🔥 Built from heavy-duty 3/8" steel, this pit is made to last for years of hard cooking. Every cut, weld, and detail is done with durability and performance in mind.

Back in the shop getting after it. This 80-gallon offset smoker is finally starting to look like a smoker instead of a pile of steel. Today we're fitting the smoke collector, building the firebox, and burning everything together. Every cut, weld, and grind gets us one step closer to firing this beast up.

The counterweights are on, and even with the smokestack folded down, the door opens effortlessly—so easy a kid can do it. That's exactly the kind of function and craftsmanship we strive for.
