Emmanuel is cleaning and removing surface rust from the inside of our new 120-gallon offset smoker build. Every step gets us closer to the finish line, and this pit is looking better and better with each addition. We're excited to see it all come together, and before long it'll be ready for its first cook!

The brasero is on and fully welded, and this custom grill is really starting to take shape. Every weld, cut, and detail brings it one step closer to the finished product.

The cooking grates are finished on this 120-gallon offset smoker! 🔥

Every grate is fully removable for easy cleaning and flexibility. This pit will feature maximum cooking capacity with full-length cooking space, side grates, and a center grate to give you plenty of room for briskets, ribs, pork butts, and more.

Built for serious backyard cooks, caterers, and competition teams. Stay tuned as this build comes together!

Now it's time to take it apart and send every piece off to the powder coater for its final finish. The transformation is about to begin, and we can't wait to show you the finished product.

This 48" x 22" Santa Maria grill is really starting to come together. 🔥

We just added a grate on the brasero for direct searing, giving you even more versatility at the firebox. Next up is adding the pinwheel vents on the door, then it's off to powder coat before final assembly.

Built for serious live-fire cooking and made to last. Stay tuned for the finished product!

Progress is in the details. 🔥 We're welding the inner pipe to the firebox, creating the foundation for insulation that helps retain heat, improve efficiency, and deliver consistent performance. Every weld matters when building quality that lasts.
