We are delighted to announce the promotion of Melissa Shim-Harford to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at My Pipeline Supply, LLC effective September 24th, 2025.

Since joining MPS earlier this year, Melissa has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, operational expertise, and a deep commitment to driving strategic growth.

Melissa holds both a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from Anglia Ruskin University, where she cultivated a strong foundation in business strategy, organizational development, and leadership.

Before joining us, Melissa spent 18 years as a Finance Manager at her previous company, leading teams, improving operations, and delivering results.

As COO, Melissa will oversee all aspects of our operational framework, ensuring seamless ex*****on of our strategic initiatives and continued excellence across departments. With her proven track record and academic grounding, we are confident Melissa will bring fresh perspective and bold leadership to this critical role.
