-Civil Estimator responsible for project costing and preparing precise estimates for civil projects, such as road & bridge projects, commercial construction, and multifamily developements.
-Cost Estimation: Analyze project blueprints and specifications to determine the costs of materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction projects.
-Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to gather necessary data and insights for accurate estimations.
-Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit bids for tenders, negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
-Reporting: Provide periodic updates and reports on project costs and progress to supervisors and stakeholders.
-Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of a project are accounted for in estimates.

Experience: Generally, 3 to 5 years of experience in the civil construction industry is preferred. Entry-level positions may be available for candidates with relevant internships or part-time experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimating software and a strong understanding of construction methods and materials are essential.
