Here are the before and after results of the 18-125-15 that just needed a little Dinkel Industrial Power TLC. Picked up, Test & Eval, Desulphation, Acid Adjustment, Cleaned, Cables and Connector Replaced, 18-Cell Watering System Replaced, Returned, and Installed. We were able to get it back to around 95%.

This battery shows the blessings and curses of watering systems. Customers battery had 31.7 Volts to the tray. This was causing the lift to send codes and not operate properly. There was a little corrosion that had formed on top and between the cells. We picked up the battery, cleaned battery, desulphated each cell of the battery, adjusted the acid, removed and replace SB350 gray connector and contacts, touched up the paint a little, and returned the battery to service. Customer had cut the cables with the hood of the forklift. This shorted the battery out causing the battery to heat up and blow the watering system to blow out of the battery. We pick the battery up replaced the cables, connector, and watering system. We also desulphated all of the cells, adjusted the acid, and cleaned the battery.
