We specialize in foundation repair, once we are done with the foundation, we do offer services from bottom plates to roof if you are looking for a full flip.
We specialize in pier and beam homes; we can do concrete (engineers report and pressure test are done on all concrete with final inspection report).
-Double wide, single wide homes
-Tiny homes(if you do have a shed, and built a home with plumbing extra walls we will inspect the home to make sure you have proper support for the weight load)
-Pier and beam homes, all homes will be inspected for proper supporting and conditions of joist and beams. Everything will be noted and brought to client with pictures and videos explaining the process. If the home is too close to the ground and we cannot evaluate properly we will speak about lifting the home and potential issues the home may have.
- We do also offer dehumidifiers and v***r shields if the homes are holding condensation.
- if you are looking to have structure repair, if the house is not gutted, we will offer a price on full rip out. We will repair all foundation subflooring under wall plates, any structural replacement that are needed we will fix to code. We also will

We do offer free Evaluation. Our evaluation can go 30 minutes to 90 minutes depending on the condition of the house and a full sit down.
