A customer recently called us to test their backflow device. Due to a communication mix-up, another company arrived before us and reported that the device passed.
When Mike arrived and performed his own test, the results told a very different story — the device failed and needed to be replaced.
Because an inaccurate test had already been reported, the situation had to be properly addressed and corrected. We worked quickly to get everything taken care of and get the customer’s backflow system up and running safely and properly.
Most importantly, our customer was extremely happy with our honesty, thoroughness, and willingness to do the job right — even when the answer wasn’t simply “you passed.”
