Earlier this summer, we were contacted by the Friends of the Charles A. Grignon Mansion with a pretty incredible piece of Keller history. 🎉

In 1976, as part of America’s Bicentennial celebration, a time capsule was buried on the front lawn of the Grignon Mansion. Untouched for 50 years, the capsule was recently opened, and inside were several pieces of Keller history!

A Keller Structures pen and matchbook were among the items preserved, offering a tangible look back at our early identity and agricultural roots.

Founded in 1960 by Walter Keller, our company has grown from a small agricultural builder to Wisconsin’s largest 100% employee-owned design-build firm. Our transition to an ESOP began in 1986, followed by our rebrand to Keller, Inc. in 2003—milestones that reflect decades of growth while staying connected to where we started.

It’s pretty special to see pieces of Keller’s history preserved for 50 years, and an even better reminder of how far we’ve come. Here’s to honoring our past while continuing to build what’s next.🏗️

The uppermost roof trusses are going up at Shoreline Hometown Credit Union’s new Howard, WI branch — creating the framework for the open lobby, vestibule, and conference rooms! 🏗️

Our Keller er****on crews are nearing completion of rough framing, and the building will soon be fully enclosed as interior and exterior work continues.

This 5,580 sq. ft. project marks Shoreline Credit Union’s fourth location in Northeast Wisconsin, located at 305 Cardinal Lane, Howard — and arrives during their celebration of 85 years of serving members since 1941, when they began as the Hamilton Employees Credit Union. 🎉

Completion expected this winter.

From foundations to framing — and now full steel structure — the Town of Newton fire station is taking shape fast. This timelapse captures weeks of progress in just seconds, showcasing the momentum behind this community driven project.🚧

Once complete, this 15,000 sq. ft. facility will support the Newton Volunteer Fire Dept. and First Responders, while the existing building transitions to Public Works and Town Hall.

Our Sun Prairie employee‑owners had an amazing time at the 2026 Sun Prairie Sweet Corn Parade! 🌽

We joined local businesses and community groups for an event full of sunshine, smiles, and LOTS of candy. We also had a special appearance from one of our new flatwork trucks, proudly representing our growing tools of the trade.

Huge thank you to the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce for coordinating this incredible community tradition. 🎉

A big milestone in Pleasant Prairie! ✂️

Keller was proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting for SAVECO North America Inc.’s completed 2-story office remodel project, which marks their exciting relocation from Gurnee, Illinois to the LakeView Corporate Park in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

SAVECO is occupying 92,200 sq. ft. of a 144,000 sq. ft. facility, supporting office space, warehouse operations, and assembly areas for their sales, engineering, service, and distribution teams.

Our team delivered interior and exterior improvements tailored to SAVECO’s operational needs. This project creates a functional, efficient environment that supports their growth and helps preserve existing jobs while adding new full-time positions in the region.

Congratulations to SAVECO on this exciting new chapter! 🎉 Thank you also to the Village of Pleasant Prairie for all their help!
