Established in March of 2021, MIC covers the regions of the Midwest working primarily with sandblasting and painting of API Above Ground Storage Tanks exteriors and API tank liners. When local in Grand Island, NE, MCI provides services such snow removal and commercial/residential house painting.

MIC prides itself on it's reputation based on core values of quality, service, and integrity. The commercial/industrial small company employs roughly 10 employees from the Grand Island area. Owned and operated by Rory J Wilkinson.

Looking for individuals for two positions..:

1. Supervisor position - must posses leadership qualities or potential. Have some form of management experience. You don’t need sandblasting or painting experience as I will teach you. Just need u to know how to manage people. Does not matter age or race, prefer someone who gets along well with others and understands objectives. Tech savvy is a plus. Pay is starting $23-25/ hour travel pay is $3 more / hour. PDM is provided when traveling $85/day

2. Laborer/sandblaster/painter
Labor intensive. Possess a willingness to learn. Will be compensated well. $16-23/hour +$3/hour when traveling $85/day pdm
