Currently seeking full-time hardworking and dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. This job is Monday-Friday and travel is required. Be a team member the crew can rely on in whatever capacity is needed on the the job site. As skills progress and are attained, advancement in pay and leadership will be available to you.
Qualifications:
- Experience on construction projects is a plus but we will train.
- Familiar and comfortable with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Must be comfortable working at heights
- Willingness to learn
- Must be able to work outdoors in wet, muddy, cold, hot, and humid weather
- Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, and crawl
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Report each day on time and ready to work
- Ensure reliable transportation to job site
- Ensure safety rules and environmental regulations are always followed
- Work together with crew in a team environment
- Carry, load, unload and stack materials
- Assist with the building of concrete structures by tying rebar, setting forms, and pouring concrete
- Dig with pick and shovel
- Shovel, rake, spread and vibrate concrete into place
- Jackhammer and saw concrete
- Clean up project site of debris
