Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Northern California. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of the automotive paint industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and growing the territory with technical knowledge of automotive paint being a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth in Northern California by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the automotive and light industrial paint sector.
Provide exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs and offering solutions that align with our product range.
Organize and manage customer visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, with experience in the automotive or related industry preferred.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Technical knowledge of automotive paints and ability to apply and troubleshoot application processes is a huge plus.
Willingness to travel.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
