We are a family-owned and -operated business, founded in 2000. is a family-owned and operated Traffic Control and Pavement Marking company based in Wichita, KS. Founded by Paula Cillessen in February of 2000, CSI works on heavy highway and airport construction projects throughout the State of Kansas. Our primary mission is to be a great partner to other contractors by providing superior service.
