Winter wraps up will begin in 2 weeks. What do we do for this service you ask and why is it important?

What we do:
Clean outside coil
Replace insulation outside
Check refrigeration levels
Check capacitor
Check valves for leaks
Replace covers if missing
Change air filters
Clean inside coil (non removal cleaning)
Clean furnace
Test furnace for combustion (gas furnace)
Make sure system has good ventilation
Clean or replace air filters at furnace
Check fan capacitor

Why do you want this service?
This is preventative maintenance. Most home warranty require yearly maintenance service documentation to show you are taking care of your system. Doing this allows you to identify issues before they become a big expensive problem. Taking regular snapshots of your hvac system will help identify small leaks before they become big leaks.

Cleaning your coils inside and outside will keep your system efficient. Efficient systems run better and saves you money on your electric bill.

Changing your filters keeps your air inside your home clean and healthy. This is also the same air your hvac system uses to breath and maintain the temperature in your home.

Cleaning the furnace will allow us to check for any gas leaks and allow us to get rid of any dust that settles on the burners. If you hate that musty smell when you turn them on for the first time after the summer, you will love this product!

Thanks for all the great reviews everyone. I just wanted to let you know that we had to disable the messenger system on FB because it just isn't reliable enough for us.
