TLI has come full circle! We moved our office from Lampasas back to Kempner, where it all began.
Now our old office building/warehouse is up for lease or sale. Great location, right on Highway 190!

The owner and founder of TLI & Environmental Services is Ray Medrano. He founded this company in 1996 after retiring as a First Sergeant with 20 years of honorable service in the U. S. Army.

In the beginning we only conducted lead paint services. Over the last 25 years we added asbestos, mold, water restoration, home remodeling and general contracting services.

TLI is a family owned, small business, licensed by the State of Texas as a Lead, Asbestos, and Mold Contractor. We are also an IICRC certified water restoration company.

Our home office is located in Kempner, Texas - just 15 miles from Fort Hood. We also have an office in San Antonio.

We provide services in Central Texas, including Waco, Gatesville, Temple, Belton, Salado, Killeen, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Lampasas, Burnet, Marble Falls, Johnson City, Blanco, Fredericksburg, and San Antonio.
