This morning I checked out Hilcorp's new "Integrity" rig. We were very fortunate to be able to fabricate a good part of it that has kept us busy at Metal Magic from last November till yesterday. I believe it is scheduled for the trip north to the Yukon tomorrow. But today there is still lots of activity around it and I am sure lots of excitement about its future. Godspeed Rig and Crew.

I have 2 finished fire rings. One Honeycomb and one interlocking circles. 38” diameter and 17” high with 1” pipe trim ring. I have the material to build 2 more if anyone wants something different. Probably the only ground fire rings I will be making this year. $800 each

We have been building this over the course of the last 3 or 4 months. The customer wasn’t in a hurry so we were able to do other jobs as they came in. A little over 440 man hours to completion. Thankfully we already had a set of dies I made for the press brake to corrugate the wall sheeting and the profile was acceptable to the customer. Saved a lot of time there. Looking forward to seeing pictures of it painted and set up with the equipment installed.

Just finished a new pit for myself that I will take out to my cabin. Posed next to the Global Warmer for scale. The new one is over 6’ diameter and 14’ tall. Funny that something that big is the “little one” LOL

A one off handrail for a very nice home. Have another panel to do and will post pictures of it when it’s done.

Almost 400 man hours to finish this shaker tank. Always good to finish a project and start the next one.
