UrNest Construction LLC established in January of 2016 previously known as K & F Construction Inc. Fred has close to 40 years of experience in the building trade. He's a licensed Master Builder and expert in building green. Our company has grown and changed with the demand of our clients and community, while still striving to build comfortable, custom, craftsmen homes. We look forward to working with you to make your vision into reality giving you the "Nest" you always dreamed you could have.

We are so SAD to see the end of this school year. We learned so much from the students here at Oak Farm but that gives us the motivation to carry on! Just wait until these kids and teachers come back to school in the fall...they will be even more over the moon to learn, live, and grow together. Friday we had very special guests visit their new building! Together with teachers and administration, Ur Nest Construction had lower elementary students tour their library, teacher's workroom, and classrooms. Amid giggles, questions, laughter, and awe, students filled the school with "good vibes" by writing encouragement on stud walls in the library and teacher workroom areas. Not only is the quality of the building of utmost importance, but the energy that drives the project and its ultimate purpose is our number one priority! Here are a few of the messages that are now gracing the walls of this gorgeous building, for our workers to enjoy everyday and for teachers and students to know that "good vibes" are being sent their way even when times get tough! Perhaps we ALL need a good vibe today? In the words of one of Oak Farm's brilliant students, " LIFE IS IMPORTANT! HAVE FUN!" I know we sure did! Thank you Oak Farm for loving and caring for your students and teachers and sharing them with us!
P.S. Oak Farm teaches Spanish even to their youngest students! Our awesome drywaller, Alex, agreed to talk to the students in Spanish and English on the spur of the moment! Of course, Fred encouraged him to teach the most important word to know in any language....ICE CREAM!
