Finished up this little bathroom remodel yesterday. Fixed the water damaged ceiling, removed the beautiful pink wall paper and fixtures. Retexture, paint, flooring, new vanity and toilet. I would have loved to removed the old tub also but it wasn't in the budget for this one. Another fun project and happy homeowner!

It was a busy summer (and fall); lots of projects lots of fun! I unfortunately lost many of my project photos from the last several months with a broken phone but I'll try to start getting some online. Here is a Yurt that we remodeled... ended up replacing the rim boards that were rotten, bottom half of the siding and trim, new door, fresh paint, and new roof. Kids helped with the drain tile and decorative rock placement. Ended up being a fun project and the owner shouldn't have to worry about anymore water damage.
