We just completed this 3200 square-foot tear off and re-roof!
* two layers of Roofing ( net weight 7.3 ton)
* New pre primed ACX plywood around the perimeter of the house.
* Plywood replacement
* we always use safeguard for a v***r barrier! (synthetic felt)
We installed weathered white Pabco shingles !
It’s a beautiful thing !

We put it all back together! Just needs a little paint and it will be just like new!💪🏼✔️
* Rebuilt chimney Chase.
* Replaced all rotten wood (studs, bottom and top plates, plywood sheathing and a 4 x 12 header.
* Removed and replaced rotten joist that was canned levered into the house
* New beveled siding!
*Customer selected Hardy Siding for the chimney Chase !
