What do you think of this??

My little family is looking for a part-time nanny!. Looking for a retired teacher, older mom or grandmother who would like to have some time with littles! I work for my family’s businesses right down the road (only a minute away) and want to know my littlest (3 month old son) is being loved as though my own mother was there taking care of him. If possible, we are looking for someone for the following days/times – Mondays from 8:30-2:30 and Thursdays from 8:30-2:30; this could become more if it works out well. My husband works from home most days of the week. My oldest (4 years) is at school these days so it would allow me to really get some work done!
