This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys seeing a finished product leave the shop looking its absolute best.
Experience in industrial, commercial, automotive, or powder coating environments is welcome. We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to producing high-quality work.

What You'll Do
* Prepare metal surfaces by degreasing, sanding, scuffing, cleaning, and masking.
* Apply primers and finish coatings using spray equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
* Paint gates, fences, railings, and other ornamental metal fabrications.
* Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
* Maintain paint booth equipment and keep work areas clean and organized.
* Follow all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Occasionally You'll Assist With
* Installing gates, fences, and railings in the field.
* Digging and pouring concrete footings.
* General shop maintenance and cleanup.
Qualifications
* At least one year of industrial, automotive, or commercial spray painting experience required.
* Ability to follow instructions, specifications, and established procedures.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 80 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with commercial or industrial coatings.
* Welding or fabrication experience.
* Industry certifications.
* Military service experience.
