Our project at 407 Sports has been a great example of the coordination and attention to detail it takes to work safely in an operating kid’s athletics facility.



Our team is adding 5 new bathrooms and infilling existing bay doors while construction continues around an active facility. Keeping the space operational means safety, communication, scheduling, and daily coordination have to be priorities from start to finish.



Projects like this require our field and office teams to stay proactive, protect the occupants, and keep the work moving without disrupting the facility’s day-to-day operations.



A big shoutout to General Superintendent David Torres Guerrero and APM Austin Galda for leading the effort, along with everyone in the field and office contributing to the project.



A lot of work goes into making an active-site project look seamless. These progress photos show just a piece of it.

Back to school season is here!

We recently wrapped up work at East Hall Middle School, just in time for students and staff to head back for a new school year.

Our scope included replacing all acoustical ceilings, framing new radius soffits, installing ceiling clouds, and translucent ceiling tiles.
