Thank you to everyone who participated in the AMTA 2024 Student Day Program in Cincinnati. Four teams comprised of twelve students representing the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), University of Dayton, The Ohio State University, and Virginia Tech to design and build a working S-Band patch antenna. Each team’s antenna received a score based on meeting a design resonant frequency, lowest reflection coefficient, and maximum gain – all measured on-site by long-time industry professionals.
