Spring is finally in the air! We all know it won't be long before our hot and humid Southern summer will be taking over. Now is the perfect time to get your air conditioning system professionally serviced and checked, to make sure it's working properly so you're not without that much needed cool air this summer. Not only does system maintenance help extend the life of your HVAC system, it also helps improve efficiency, resulting in lower heating and cooling costs overall.

Starting today through April 30, 2023 we are running a spring AC maintenance special for $79.95!!! and $69.95 for each additional system.

Air Conditioning maintenance includes the following:

Standard filter replacement.

Inspection/cleaning of the evaporator coil.

Inspection/cleaning of the condensate drain and condensate pumps.

Inspect duct and sheet metal connections.

Inspect system blower assembly.

Check fan and blower motor capacitor readings.

Lubricate any unsealed motors.

Inspection/cleaning of condenser coil.

Check all system electrical controls and safeties.

Check the amp/voltage draw on all motors and compressor.

Check system refrigerant pressures and temperatures.

Check system wet/dry bulb temperature drop.

Check system thermostat calibration.

***Please note that if any major repairs are needed there will be additional cost to the basic maintenance fee.
