A few of our PWB ladies had the opportunity to attend this month’s HBA Membership Mingle at Sunrise Village, and what an inspiring evening it was! 💙

We were proud to support our very own Molly, one of PWB’s Membership Chairs, in her role as Development Director for Elijah Family Homes, as well as Amy with Lexar Homes, one of our PWB Events Chairs, whose team has been instrumental in bringing this meaningful project to life.

Sunrise Village is an incredible initiative by Elijah Family Homes that will provide stable, supportive housing for families in recovery, creating a foundation for healing, hope, and long-term success right here in our community. It’s a powerful reminder that building isn’t just about homes—it’s about changing lives.

A special thank you to Lexar Homes for partnering on the construction of the Sunrise Village cottage community and helping turn this vision into a reality. Their commitment to building quality homes and strengthening communities is making a lasting impact for families across the Tri-Cities.

We’re grateful to be surrounded by women who lead with purpose, serve their community, and remind us that the building industry has the power to make a difference far beyond the job site. 🤍

What an incredible evening. 🤍

Our PWB Summer Social was a reminder that some of the most valuable connections happen when we move beyond talking about what we do and start talking about who we are.

The conversations were intentional, the laughter was genuine, and the support in the room was something truly special. Seeing so many women from across the Tri-Cities building industry come together to connect, encourage one another, and build meaningful relationships is exactly what PWB is all about.

There’s something incredibly special about watching the next generation step into the building industry with passion, curiosity, and opportunity. 🏡✨

The Professional Women in Building council was honored to come out and support our very own at the Team Pasco House #26 event. As Board President of the Pasco Vocational Buildings Program and Outreach Chair for PWB, Vicki continues to advocate for students, skilled trades, and the future of our industry in such an impactful way.

This program gives students within the Pasco School District hands-on experience in the trades, exposure to career pathways, scholarship opportunities, and real-world knowledge that can help shape their futures for years to come. Events like this are such an important reminder of how powerful community support and mentorship can be.

Congratulations to every student, educator, volunteer, and industry professional involved in bringing this year’s home to life. The craftsmanship, dedication, and teamwork behind this project are truly inspiring — and the home turned out absolutely beautiful! 👏
