Construction at McHenry Commons in McHenry, IL continues to advance steadily as the project progresses toward its June 2026 turnover.

Exterior work is substantially complete, with siding and masonry installations finalized. Balcony railings are scheduled to arrive and will be installed over the next month, and elevator installation is the next major milestone on site.

Interior buildout is progressing sequentially by floor. On the third floor, cabinet installation and flooring are underway, with all bathroom tile completed and LVP currently being installed. The second floor is nearing completion of taping and texturing, with cabinetry scheduled for installation this month. On the first floor, interior wall insulation is complete and drywall hanging is in progress, maintaining strong momentum throughout the building.

Construction progress continues at East National Flats in Milwaukee’s Harbor District, with the project tracking toward early summer 2026 occupancy. Major building systems are nearing completion, including HVAC, and balcony installation is underway, reinforcing the project’s clean, modern façade.

Interior work has seen major progress across all levels. The fifth floor is approximately 80% complete, with electrical trim finished and plumbing work scheduled next, followed by countertop installation in the coming weeks. Cabinetry and flooring are already in place. The fourth floor is about halfway complete, with painting finished, cabinetry nearing completion, and flooring installation underway. Painting is nearly complete on the second and third floors, while the first floor is advancing through insulation and drywall installation in preparation for interior build-out.

Work at The Intersect multifamily development in Madison, WI continues to progress steadily as the project moves toward spring 2026 occupancy. All major drywall installation is complete, with painting operations following closely behind. Lighting fixtures are currently being installed on the fourth floor, while plumbing rough-ins are underway on the third floor. Stairwells have been rocked and taped, with priming and texturing scheduled as the next phase.

Unit interiors are advancing through key finish milestones. Countertops have been installed, trim carpentry is complete on the second floor, and appliances are now in place through the second floor. Cabinet and door installation is ongoing on the first floor as interior build-out continues.

Construction momentum remains strong at McHenry Commons in McHenry, Illinois, even as winter conditions persist, with the project advancing steadily toward a summer 2026 turnover. The gas main extension and house meter installation have been completed, supporting continued momentum on the exterior scope. Siding installation is ongoing, soffit work has been closed up, and balcony installation is now underway, marking visible progress across the building envelope. Interior work is also moving forward, with insulation beginning and drywall scheduled to follow.

Progress is stacking up at East National Flats in Milwaukee’s Harbor District! The exterior scope is fully complete with siding and brickwork wrapped, and all balconies installed --railings are scheduled to follow next month. At the ground level, storefront construction is moving forward with the storefront doors installed and the spaces fully enclosed, bringing the building’s street presence to life.

Key building systems are coming online as gas service is hooked up and the meter is installed for house power, while newly poured sidewalks continue to shape the site. Inside, work is progressing vertically with drywall underway on the 5th and 4th floors, followed by priming and paint as interior finishes begin to take form.

Construction is moving forward at The Intersect in Madison, WI, with major progress across multiple floors. The 5th and 4th floors are seeing interior finishes come together, including kitchen appliances, lighting, closets, shelving, and ongoing paint work. The 3rd floor has reached a new milestone with cabinets and trim now in place, and flooring installation is progressing on the 2nd floor. Throughout the building, unit furnaces are installed, the outdoor dog run is complete, and both the garage door and exterior first-floor windows are officially in. Elevator delivery is anticipated later this month, marking another key step in the project’s timeline.

At McHenry Commons in McHenry, IL, our team is marking significant progress across the site. The building envelope is now secure with the binder installed, fully under roof, and watertight. Brickwork has reached about 95% completion and siding installation has started on the south elevation. Windows are set, balcony decking is being added, and interior rough NEPs are advancing.

In the coming weeks, insulation is scheduled to begin on the third floor as we stay on track for a spring 2026 completion. Follow along for ongoing construction updates and more insights from the field!

Construction continues to advance steadily at East National Flats in Milwaukee, WI! Exterior progress remains strong, with masonry and siding work fully completed at the end of last month. Crews are also finalizing the canopies and balconies, marking another major milestone in the building’s exterior envelope.

Mechanical and interior work press forward as well -- gas is now on in the building, electric is ready, and insulation has begun on the 5th and 4th floors, with remaining levels scheduled next. Sitework is also ramping up, with binder and parking lot asphalt expected by the end of the month.

Significant exterior progress has been made at The Intersect in Madison, WI. The exterior concrete and siding are now complete, giving the building a finished appearance. Landscaping work is also nearing completion, final asphalt has been placed, and exterior fencing is being installed, further defining the site.

Interior work continues to advance efficiently, with cabinet and door installations wrapping up on the fourth floor, flooring underway on the third, drywall being hung on the second, and taping progressing on the first floor.

The Intersect remains on schedule for spring 2026 occupancy.
