I've got a SaaS business I'm trying to start. Low overhead, high margins. I need a webapp and/or app made much like Uber in functionality although the service is not transport. A big hurdle is getting a Developer to do this at a price point I can afford so I thought of offering some equity in the business as payment. If anyone knows anyone that may be interested in this or at least having lunch send them my way! I suppose I could pitch to angel investors but I don't like the idea of not having the control I should. Angel investors are something I would be interested for 5% or less of a stake.

Anybody know of any property for sale preferably in the South Eastern Wisconsin area but really anywhere. I'm 34 so these legs ain't going to work much longer and I need to build a house!! Especially if the property is financed by the owner LOL because you know.... It just cuts a lot of red tape:) I suppose a junk home would also suffice since at least the utilities are already hooked up. I've considered up north as well but I am never seeing people that want to take 200 acres and sell an acre or two of it it's usually an All or nothing type thing...

So it's been difficult collaborating with corporations on procuring a six degree of freedom robotic arm. Of course I'm going to modify this with a print head that will 3D print everything simultaneously in any shape desired. Should anyone have any contacts and industrial automation with a real heavy paper weight of a robotic arm on their hands and just so happens to donate it to a good cause for a tax write-off send them my way! Or I could endorse you as in your company if your company is willing to loan an industrial robotic arm and should my endeavor be successful I will endorse the company back and if I fail I'll simply give the robotic arm back. I mean it's pretty much risk-free on the company's end and in the event that it's successful they get free advertising. Food for thought all those new robotic companies out there! Imagine if you were part of reimagining the battery!

Anybody out there interested in entrepreneurship, I'm almost finished with my white paper on 3D printed batteries which would allow your electric vehicle to travel four times farther and charge four times faster at half the cost. After pitching this to a group of investors a week ago I found out I am in need of a co-founder and or partner and the CFO and a board of directors. With that said proof of concept has been established but it needs to be scaled up. I'm going to post a link for a WhatsApp chat it's end an encrypted for intellectual property issues and there are other companies currently trying to do very similar things but my background is in physics chemistry and Applied Mathematics so I'm the engineer type I need someone to make up for my inadequacies like marketing and sales and I would like my co-founder to be an engineer. Working on a Prototype Delta Type 3D Printer with machining capabilities, laser engraving, CNC, AutoCalibration using least squares algorithms. I am seeking resources suck as CNC access at low cost to build a working Prototype. I'll post a CAD model as soon as complete. Any suggestions on access to CNC or waterjet machine as well as any other resources would be greatly appreciated! Any sponsors will be mentioned publicly and given exposure to potential clients!
