The AS401 is the newest spreader controller from Ditco, Inc. An upgraded version of the popular AS3, this controller offers a built-in adjustable liquid output for pre-wet systems. A 2x16 OLED display makes set-up and operation simple. The added USB port allows for data-logging and easy updating. Best of all, it uses the same 9-pin plug as our other spreader controllers; no re-wiring needed to upgrade!

Same AS3 with a New Look and Bigger Displays!

The AS301A1B has all the same functionality as the previous model with a few visual modifications.
Larger Red Displays are easier to see and read! These displays replace the smaller yellow and green of the previous model.
New k**b colors, Green means Go! Red means STOP! We now use Green for Blast (100% conveyor output) and Red for Pass (conveyor and spinner turn off).

ST100 & IR102 - Infared Temperature Sensor and Display

The ST100 is part of a thermal measurement system used for displaying surface and ambient temperatures. It pairs with the IR102, a rugged infrared sensor that can be easily mounted and is capable of enduring harsh weather conditions.The ST100 is mounted in the cab of the vehicle and receives the temperature signal from the IR102, which mounts to the exterior of the vehicle. This simple set-up can be used in a wide range of thermal measurement applications.

The 24P01 & 24P02 - Single Valve Controllers
These units provide a full-featured control for operating single acting proportional valve coils. The valve driver develops an adjustable pulse-width modulation output in direct response to the front panel k**b position. The compact design is easy to install and set up for immediate operation. The 24P02 offers remote installation possibilities with included wiring.
There are a wide range of applications for which the variable output of the 24P01 can provide a direct drive for hydraulic
ﬂow control: product pumps, material conveyors, feed and delivery augers, alternators, propulsion drives, lifts and many

The AS301 - Automatic Spreader Control.
This small pattern design fits into consoles, overhead clusters, arm wrests, dash panels and easily accommodates today’s smaller cab requirements. The AS301 offers both manual and automatic control modes, with true pounds per mile regulation based on vehicle ground speed. The AS301 provides current controlled PWM electronic valve drive for a conveyor (auger), a spinner, and a pre-wet liquid enable. The AS301 can operate with today’s popular electro-proportional mobile valves.
