In between all the work we do, we make time to have some fun, and our annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest is becoming one of our favorite traditions!

Congratulations to our Inspection Team, winners for the second year in a row! Their creative entry, Glennda, cast quite the spell on the judges.

Over the past two weeks, Schneller hosted our Hands-On Technical Services Workshop, an immersive training experience focused on application and repair techniques for our laminates, NTF, and thermoplastics.

This year, we welcomed 33 participants from 13 companies across 9 countries! Thank you to everyone who made the trip, and to our Technical Services experts for sharing their knowledge and guiding attendees through every step - from product application to an exclusive behind-the-scenes facility tour.

We had a fantastic time at this year’s Annual Golf Outing! Friendly competition, lots of laughs, and perfect weather made for a great day on the course. At Schneller, we believe in working hard and celebrating together, both in and out of the office. Can't wait for next year!

Last week, we brought our sales team from across the globe together for training, fun, and giving back during our Global Sales Meeting. So great to have the whole team under one roof!

Our sessions included team members presenting and leading discussions, as well as hands-on workshops covering quality checks, material handling, plant upgrades, and prototyping processes. It wasn’t all work, though—we enjoyed some friendly competition at Topgolf and The Great Escape Room.

We also took time to give back to the community by partnering with Family & Community Services, helping at two nearby locations: Phyllis Zumkehr County Clothing Center and Miller Community House.

It was an amazing week of learning, laughter, and making an impact. Thanks to everyone who attended, presented, and helped prepare!

Last month, the Schneller team had the opportunity to attend the RedCabin Summit in Atlanta - an inspiring event hosted by Delta in celebration of its 100th anniversary.

Congratulations to Delta who unveiled its first full-fleet CMF redesign in more than two decades - a bold step forward in cabin innovation and passenger experience.

We returned energized by the meaningful conversations shared and the fresh perspectives gained around sustainability, accessibility, and material innovation.
