What was once an underutilized dirt-and-grass side yard is now a beautiful, durable paver walkway designed to improve both function and curb appeal. Our team installed 625 square feet of Belgard Avalon Slate pavers in Victorian with a contrasting Charcoal soldier-course border, creating a clean and timeless look. The transformation showcases how quality hardscaping can turn wasted space into an attractive, low-maintenance feature that enhances the home's overall appearance and accessibility.

Clean lines, oversized Rio Slab pavers, and a custom Highland Stone retaining wall transformed this Sammamish, Washington outdoor space into a modern backyard retreat. The 24x24 layout minimized cuts for a cleaner finish, while the charcoal wall cap added bold contrast and definition throughout the project. Another custom outdoor living space completed in Washington with a focus on durability, functionality, and timeless design.

Old patio out. Beautiful new outdoor space in. 🔥

In Renton WA, we demolished this outdated 12’ x 20’ patio and replaced it with a custom 16’ x 22’ Catalina Grana paver patio in the RIO blend with a dark charcoal soldier-course border for a clean modern finish. The expanded layout creates more room for entertaining and is prepped with minimal slope for a future pergola installation.

This Sammamish, Washington project features a sleek Belgard Dimensions paver patio in Rio, designed with large-format slabs for a contemporary look and long-term durability. Built on a properly prepared base, this patio is made to perform and last.

We paired the space with a custom Weston sitting wall layout, including both standard seating and a raised chair-height wall with Charcoal coping—adding structure, comfort, and visual contrast.

This Mercer Island, Washington backyard transformation is a perfect blend of durability, texture, and custom detail.
We replaced the original plan with a Grand Ashlar stamped concrete patio, giving the space a high-end, natural stone look with the strength and longevity of concrete. The slab features integral color with a custom antiquing release, creating depth and variation throughout the surface, all finished with a satin sealer for a clean, low-sheen finish.

To ensure long-term performance, we poured integrated footings with the slab, providing a solid foundation built to last.
The project also included custom sitting walls, installed after the concrete pour, adding both structure and functional seating. We removed the existing railroad ties around the trees and replaced them with a stacked wall system on new concrete footings, giving the space a cleaner, more cohesive look. From layout planning to site access and full reconstruction, this space was built with both everyday use and long-term durability in mind.

We installed a Tumbled Weston sitting wall in Victorian, finished with a bold Charcoal cap to create comfortable seating and strong visual contrast. The patio features Avalon Slate in Victorian, giving the space a natural, textured feel, while the Charcoal soldier course border adds definition and a sharp, finished edge.

To support the elevation change, we built a Diamond 10D grade wall in Victorian, tying everything together seamlessly while providing long-term structural stability. The result is a durable, low-maintenance outdoor living space designed for everyday use and year-round enjoyment.
