We’ve made some progress on this exterior. We installed fan fold insulation on the front and side wall. Repaired a couple spots on the walls and resheeted the whole bottom half of the front wall to match the top. We got house wrap started and working our way around to the other side. The guys are prepping for stone on the bottom of the walls and porch posts. We removed the old front door and reframed it for a bigger door. Got the new door installed, just need to finish the door jambs and it’s ready for metal wrap! That’s a wrap on this one until next week!

This last week we’ve been busy with concrete! We removed an old shed off the property and started prepping for the new driveway. We installed a new drain tile from the front porch to the existing tile on the side of the house. We also installed a new drain across the whole front of the house to catch any water. We also removed the existing porch and set new post for the roof. Got the first section of concrete down and the second ready to pour next week. Check this one out once we’re complete!

The last week the guys have been hard at it! They’ve been battling with the rain and mud. We dug the crawl space out and started laying block. The guys laid the whole house and support piers. Next to lay the porches and start on the garage on this one! Another great job from the guys.

Knocked out this little bathroom remodel! Removed the old shower unit and started prepping for a new one. We installed a new shower faucet and new plumbing from the floor up. Installed a new exhaust fan and repainted the bathroom. We also installed all new plumbing under the kitchen sink and a new kitchen sink. This one’s a wrap!

We dug this footer out earlier this week and got it poured today! In a couple days we’ll come back and dig the crawl space out. After that we’ll bring in the block and get the foundation layed up. We’ll also dig the last footer for the garage section. Get ahold of us for any footers or foundations needed!
