As our Office Manager, Patty is often the very first voice homeowners hear during water, fire, or biohazard emergencies. In some of their most stressful moments, she provides a calm, steady presence and helps guide them toward solutions.

Behind the scenes, Patty keeps everything moving—coordinating with insurance providers, managing billing and payments, overseeing payroll, handling accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring scheduling stays on track.

Big thank you to Chief Ken Van Hall and the Dutton Fire Department for the preview of their new ladder truck!

Tonight at 6 PM, the department will officially welcome it into service during the Push-In Ceremony at the Dutton Station. This state-of-the-art engine represents a continued investment in the safety of the Dutton/Gaines community.
