Location: Kermit, TX (Local residency required)
​XLT is seeking skilled, self-motivated individuals to join our fluid and bead recovery team. This role is split between active field operations and equipment maintenance at our Kermit shop.
​Key Responsibilities
​Field Operations: Running and maintaining recovery units on-site.
​Equipment Upkeep: Servicing and repairing units at our Kermit location.
​Troubleshooting: Ensuring minimal downtime for rental equipment.
​Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
​Location: Must reside in or very near Kermit, TX.
​Transportation: Must have a reliable, personal truck for work use.
Communication: Must be fluent in English for safety and coordination.
​Skillset: Mechanical aptitude and experience with field machinery.
