We are seeking reliable Part-Time Line Workers to join our manufacturing team in the Kernersville/Winston-Salem area. In this hands-on role, you'll work on a production line handling parts as they move through processing. This is a great entry-level opportunity for high school students or anyone looking for flexible after-school/weekend work—no prior experience needed, as full training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities:

Hang/unload parts onto the conveyor line to feed them into the processing system
Monitor the line as parts move through processing.
Remove finished parts from the conveyor at the end of the line.
Inspect parts for basic quality (e.g., check for defects, ensure proper finish).
Pack parts securely into boxes, crates, or onto pallets or other designated containers for storage or shipping.
Label packages and pallets as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work area by following all safety guidelines.
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old (high school students encouraged to apply).
Ability to stand for extended periods (shifts typically 8 hours 7am to 330pm Saturday Only) and perform repetitive tasks.
Physically able to lift up to 30–60 lbs occasionally (with safe lifting techniques).
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
No prior manufacturing experience required—we provide on-the-job training!
Must comply with NC youth employment rules (e.g., work permit if under 18, limited hours during school periods).
