Custom Build Hilight!

With three lots combined into one we were able to fit this 8,133 SF build at the end of a culdesac in Sutton Oaks of Greensboro NC. The neoclassical style of this design incorperated a large portico with 18" diameter / 22' tall tapered columns, decorative stucco accents, spiral masonry steps, custom iron handrails, 8' foot arched entry ways, and much much more. Our clients, the Canullis, love to travel, and wanted to create spaces to showcase the items they have aquired from around the world. When entering the house you are welcomed with a beautiful red oak staircase that flows into a matching wrap around mezzanine to display wall art. The office has custom built floor to ceiling bookcases that allow even more collectibles to be displayed. The 2,760 SF basement gave the area needed for a full custom workout room. Trane's variable speed heat pumps efficently heat and cool this massive home, and Navian's tankless hot water heater adds to that efficency as well.
