TEC hinges are designed with the cabinet shop and the homeowner in mind. Thoughtful features like locating tabs help position the TEC hinge on the face frame for easy mounting, whether installing them on the shop floor, on the job site, or as a DIYer retrofitting your cabinetry. TEC hinges are also offered in wrap-around and face mount versions, all in a dowelled or screw-on mounting.

Students took part in an in-depth tour of our Kernersville manufacturing facility, focusing on the parallels between their coursework and real-world applications. The GRASS Rear Anti-Tip System offers a simple, efficient, and lightweight method for cabinetry and furniture to comply with the 2023 STURDY Act. The mechanical design ensures that only one drawer can be opened at a time, securely locking the others in place until the opened drawer is closed.

Featuring a series of interconnected locking actuators mounted to a central spine at the back of the cabinet, it eliminates the need for additional counterweights at the bottom of the cabinet, all while preserving the original drawer extension. Made from durable plastic, aluminum, and steel, our system provides a secure and dependable connection.

What’s more, the GRASS Rear Anti-Tip System can be seamlessly installed during manufacturing or retrofitted to existing cabinetry.

Happy Earth Day!🌍

Today, volunteers from across the Grass America team put on their work gloves and walked our Kernersville property and the surrounding area, picking up trash and debris. Our clean-up crew collected over a dozen bags of trash in just over an hour. Way to go!

In addition, Grass planted a new persimmon tree in our common area for all employees to enjoy for years to come.
