Hello Ketchikan! We’re seeing a trend in our messenger system and it’s making things tough. Sometimes we’ll get a message from one of you and it drags in another older message from someone else. We’re not sure how or why it happens.

We wanted to encourage you to call or text the company direct whenever you can so you get timely service!
